Unique brutalist assemblage abstract wall sculpture with grooved, almost tire-like background. The sculpture has a large opening in the center creating depth on the surface of the work. The piece is dated and signed by the artist Ann Bengtson on the side of the sculpture. She was a Texas artist known for creating these types of brutalist assemblage works. She never sold a piece during her lifetime, she just kept them in her studio and after her death, her artwork began to pop up in the art market and is making an impact.
