Artist Biography
James Reitz captures city scenes and its inhabitants in his photography. He is able to display a certain sensitivity in his subjects. His city scenes have a concise quality. James was born in Brooklyn, New York. He studied at the School of Visual Arts, in New York. He traveled throughout the United States always with a camera in tow. He settled in Houston, TX, where he has taken the bulk of his photography. He has sold numerous pieces privately to collectors.
