Greek themed surrealist etching including the Greek God Ero who was the god of love and sex. Eros was regarded as the winged acolyte or assistant of Aphrodite, goddess of Love, Beauty, and Desire. He was also sometimes regarded as the child of Aphrodite, with Ares, the god of war. Eurybia who was the Goddess of the power and mastery over the sea. Eurybia was the daughter of Gaia who is the Goddess of the earth. The first forces in Greek mythology are the Earth, Gaia, and Love, Ero. Without Ero and Eurybia having direct relation in Greek Mythology, this image might have to do with the love of the sea and the forces that make the waves and tides work. This print is a reproduction done for the Collectors Guild. It is framed in a decorative wooden frame with an off-white matte. The work has an attached plate on the back that lists the artist and the title and artist as well as information on the Collectors Guild.

Georges Braque (13 May 1882 – 31 August 1963) was a major 20th-century French painter, collagist, draughtsman, printmaker, and sculptor. His most important contributions to the history of art were in his alliance with Fauvism from 1905, and the role he played in the development of Cubism. Braque's work between 1908 and 1912 is closely associated with that of his colleague Pablo Picasso. Their respective Cubist works were indistinguishable for many years, yet the quiet nature of Braque was partially eclipsed by the fame and notoriety of Picasso.
