Artist Biography
Jackie Gendel is an American artist who was born in Houston in 1973. She works in Brooklyn New York. She received her BFA from Washington University in St. Louis Missouri. Than received her MFA from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. He solo exhibits include, Mixture Contemporary Art in Houston, Texas; Let Gom Jessica Murrary Projects, Brooklyn, New York; Portraits, Jeff Bailey Gallery, New York; New Paintings, CTRL Gallery, Houston, Texas; and many others. Her work is apart of The Progressive Art Collection, Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art, and Girl's Club Collection.
