Rachel Wiley-Janota (b.1985) is an award winning visual artist working primarily in mixed media painting and film photography. Wiley-Janota travels from her studio on the Gulf Coast to the Pacific Northwest each year, capturing American landscapes in her work. Artist and mother, she spends her time nurturing ideas in her studio-library and garden with her children. While traveling and at home, she enjoys collecting mid century photographs, ephemera and books.
