Artist Biography

Juanita Pollard was born in 1909 and studied at Abilene Christian College (now University), Texas Woman’s University, the Art Institute of Chicago and the University of Southern California. She taught art at Lubbock Christian College (now University). She was a member of the Texas Watercolor Society and exhibited at the West Texas Art Exhibitions in the late 1930s. She passed away in 1994.
