Artist Biography

A native of southeast Texas, Bradley Kerl is a painter and arts educator based in Houston, TX since 2011. Bradley studied drawing and painting at the University of North Texas, as well as the University of Houston, where he earned his MFA in 2014. His work has been exhibited widely in Texas including solo exhibitions at Jonathan Hopson Gallery, Galveston Arts Center and Art Palace Gallery. Group exhibitions include "Rude Assembly, Part 4" in Sydney, Australia; "Got It For Cheap" at Galleri Golsa in Oslo, Norway; and "Outdoor Cat" at Sweet Pass Sculpture Park in Dallas, TX. He has completed residencies at 100 W Corsicana in Corsicana, TX and at Villa Lena in the heart of Italy's Tuscany region.
